Easy way to see stuff

Just got back from Istanbul and used the 3-Day Istanbul Pass. My friend told me about it. It was pretty easy to use, just show your phone at most places. We did the Blue Mosque Guided Tour and also went to Basilica Cistern, no waiting really. The Hop-on Hop-off Bus Tour was fun for getting around and seeing a lot without stressing about public transport. I thought the digital guidebook was a bit basic, but it had the main info.

Easy to use, good experience

Bought the 2-Day Pass. Used it for Dolmabahce Palace and the Blue Mosque. Skip-the-line was helpful. Digital pass was simple. Worth it for two busy days. Had a minor issue with one guide's meeting point, but it got sorted.

Saved money on tours

I was looking for the best deal for my Istanbul trip. The 3-Day Istanbul Tourist Pass caught my eye because of the bundled attractions. I compared it to buying tickets separately and felt this was good value, especially with the included Bosphorus Dinner Cruise. I also got a small discount for signing up for their newsletter, which helped. It felt worth the purchase for sure, even if some of the smaller attractions weren't on my must-do list.

Good value for a week

I was looking for the best deal for my trip and found a good discount on the 7-Day Istanbul Pass. It covered a lot of attractions, like the Bosphorus Dinner Cruise and Dolmabahce Palace Tour, which would have cost way more separately. The WhatsApp support was actually useful when I had a question about booking a guided tour. Totally felt like I saved a decent chunk of change, even if setting up some of the tours was a little clunky at first.

Good value for 5 days

I purchased the 5-Day Istanbul Tourist Pass for my trip last month. The ordering process online was straightforward, and I received the digital pass almost immediately. Activating it was easy via their app. I used it for the Guided Hagia Sophia Tour, Topkapi Palace, and Basilica Cistern, among others. The skip-the-line feature worked well at most places, though for Hagia Sophia, we still had to wait a bit for the guided tour group to form. The WhatsApp support was responsive when I had a question about booking a specific tour. Overall, the quality of the tours and access was good, and it saved me time and money compared to buying individual tickets. The digital guidebook was also a nice touch, very handy.

Always a smooth trip

Got the 7-Day Istanbul Pass again for my recent visit. It's my third time using this service, and it's always consistent. The skip-the-line access for places like Hagia Sophia and Topkapi Palace was super handy, as expected. The digital guidebook was updated too, which was a nice touch. I wish the airport transfer included both airports in a single booking option, but it worked fine.

Reliable as usual

This is my third time using the Istanbul Tourist Pass. I went with the 4-Day Pass this time. Just like before, it was consistent. Booking the Sapphire Observation Deck and Madame Tussauds Istanbul was straightforward. The digital pass always works, and the skip-the-line access is a big plus, especially at popular spots. I've always found it reliable for covering the main sights. Only thing is I wish they'd add a few more off-the-beaten-path options.

Convenient but small glitches

I got the 7-Day Istanbul Tourist Pass for a longer trip. The convenience of having most things pre-booked was great, especially for the Whirling Dervishes Show and the Princes Islands Boat Trip. Customer service via WhatsApp was quick to respond to my inquiries about tour timings. My main positive was the ease of entry everywhere. The only thing I'd point out is that the airport transfer booking could be a little smoother; it took a couple of messages to confirm all the details. Still, it made my trip less stressful overall.

Is the Istanbul Tourist Pass legit? I keep seeing ads for it but wanna make sure it's not some scam before I buy.

L Lisa Garcia 1 month ago
Totally legit! Used it last year for a 3-day trip, worked perfectly for all the museums and tours. No issues at all.

It's real. My friend used it too and had a good experience. Just make sure you download the app and have your QR codes ready for scanning.

Does anyone know if the Istanbul Tourist Pass is legit? Seen some mixed reviews for other city passes and don't want to get scammed.

M Melissa R. 1 week ago
Yeah, it's legit. Used it last year for a week, had no issues at all. Everything worked as advertised.

My friend used it and had a good experience. Think it's one of the more established ones for Istanbul. Definitely not a scam like some of the random ones you see pop up.

Can you combine promo codes on this pass? I have one from signing up for emails and saw another on a travel blog.

J James Campbell 2 weeks ago
Nah, usually you can only use one coupon per order, sadly. Most sites are like that these days.

G Grace M. 2 weeks ago
I tried that once and it didn't work. They usually say 'cannot be combined' somewhere in the fine print. Just pick the best one you have!

Trying to compare this pass with the Istanbul E-Pass. Are they basically the same thing or are there big differences in what they offer?

M Megan L. 4 weeks ago
They're pretty similar in concept, both digital passes for attractions. I'd say check the specific list of attractions for the dates you want, sometimes one has something the other doesn't, or different guided tour options.

S Susan S. 3 weeks ago
From what I remember, the Istanbul Tourist Pass had more options for guided tours. E-Pass might be slightly cheaper sometimes but I liked the variety here better.

I'm looking at going in spring, probably March/April. Do they usually have any sales or discounts around then? Want to save a few bucks if possible.

M Matt Smith 1 month ago
Spring Break is a peak time, so sometimes they do early bird stuff. Keep an eye out for a newsletter sign-up deal too, those pop up sometimes.

B Brittany Diaz 1 month ago
I think I got a small discount a couple of years ago in April, maybe like 10% off. They also had a bundle deal for airport transfer, so worth checking for that.

Hey, thinking about getting the 5-day pass for my trip next month. Does anyone know if there are usually any Black Friday deals for it?

I Ian Lee 1 month ago
Yeah, I grabbed a 7-day pass last Black Friday and got a pretty good discount, like 30% off I think. Might be worth waiting if your trip is after November.
3
T Tim Thomas 1 month ago
I've seen them do Black Friday sales before, but sometimes they also have New Year promotions that are similar. Just keep an eye on their site closer to the dates.

How does the skip-the-line work exactly? Like, do you just show the pass and walk right in or is there still a special entrance you gotta find?

L Lisa Garcia 2 weeks ago
For most places, there's a specific entry point for pass holders, usually clearly marked. You just flash your digital pass and they wave you through. Super easy.

S Sean White 2 weeks ago
It's pretty smooth. Sometimes there's a quick scan, other times they just eyeball it. Never had to wait more than a minute or two even when the regular lines were insane, like at Topkapi.

Thinking of getting the 5-day pass for my trip next month. Is it really worth it or am I better off just buying tickets for things as I go?

J John 2 weeks ago
totally worth it if you plan to do a lot! skip-the-line at Hagia Sophia and Topkapi was a lifesaver. Plus all the tours add up quick.
3
S Sofia Smith 2 weeks ago
depends on what you wanna see. I did the 3-day and felt like I got my money's worth, but if you're only hitting a few spots, maybe not. The convenience is a big part of it though.
